More about the kit
This is the only 100% complete DIY Arcade Machine available on the market. There’s nothing left to buy and you can choose your custom finish prior to delivery, of course for a little extra you can buy the complete machine fully built, but that does defeat the purpose of it being a DIY Arcade Machine.
Designed and built in Australia, we have manufactured and sourced all the components needed, all the electronics, all the cabinetry, we have made all the instructions easy to follow and made it easy to build by machining out all the angles needed for the assembly. There’s no measuring to do, just unpack arrange and glue ‘n’ screw together your DIY Arcade Machine. All the instructions are in easy to follow step-by-step and written in real English.
I know you’re still asking, What’s in the DIY Arcade Machine kit? Okay let’s go through all the components for you. Firstly we’ll begin with the cabinet, it has all the panels available in whatever finish you have chosen, we have basic matt and gloss colours to full wood-grain and metallic laminates. Then there are the other external components like hardened safety glass to cover the display, a brushed stainless control panel, clear and white perspex sheets for the marquee with aluminium strips, 125mm nylon castors at the back underside for easy moving and finally metal coin security access doors. For the internals you will find 2 full sets of player buttons and joysticks with high quality micro-switches, LED lighting if you have chosen that option, a 12V power transformer, Multi game JAMMA PCB and harness, amplifier, speakers with covers, 24 inch LCD display and all the wiring you need to make your DIY Arcade Machine work.
Upright cabinets are by far the most common. They are usually made of wood and metal, about six feet or two meters tall, with the control panel set perpendicular to the monitor at slightly above waist level. The monitor is housed inside the cabinet, at approximately eye level. The marquee is above it, and often overhangs it. Our Classic Arcade Box takes the best parts of all the machines, compacts it into a modern build using all new components and gives it a massive hit of style, you will love our unique machines, we have worked really hard to make sure you do.
We’ll put the Classic Arcade Box machines in your shops, cafes, bars, clubs and other venues with no outlay at all, even better you will actually earn a percentage of the income they generate, does it get better than that? They have a purposefully small footprint of 500mm x 600mm for unused areas of your floor, and they simply look great. You can control the volume easily and they are easy to move around with built-in 125mm nylon castors in back. You’ll bring added value to the premises, mates will remember the old days playing Street Fighter, parents and kids can interact together for good times and everyone can re-live the nostalgia of PAC-MAN, Space Invaders and Galaga to name but a few – What are you waiting for?
